To access these fares all bus users must be members of the Harvey Senior Citizens Centre or be members of an organisation that has bulk membership with the Harvey Senior Citizens Centre.

There must be a minimum of 6 paying passengers for short trips and 10 for long trips.

Membership Fee - $15.00 per year January to December

Age - Must be over 55
